My room was actually very cold.

The location was favourable and the staff was very welcoming and exceptionally nice during the whole stay! Plus, it was just next door to the airport which is a very good point and industrial area.

From the moment I walked in, I felt like royalty – greeted by polite and welcoming staff, impeccable service and luxurious amenities. My beautifully furnished room offered stunning views and top of the line amenities that pampered me in every way. Attentive staff always ensured maximum privacy during my stay, and I appreciated the hotel's prime location, close to shopping, entertainment, and cultural landmarks.

The only issue I encountered was the Wi-Fi, which was slow at times.

the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist me with local attractions and even providing plug converters. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a spacious bathroom that exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the center and nearby amenities. Lastly, the value for money was excellent, with nice decoration and furniture in the rooms.

The only minor improvement needed would be the service at the front desk, which could have been slightly more attentive.
